Am celebrating with the 2007/2008 PEV victims,their lives were dear too,but we didnt give them state burials,we didnt fly the flag half mask.

To change these people who are voted in by Kenyans will need a very efficient Electoral commission that vets and advises Kenyans not to vote in people who will rubber stamp any bill without proper indulgence.Also, the MPs voted in should be morally upright.

The self declared rattler has finally found his match,He was rattled by his makers on tuesday night,the heart stopped juggling as well as the liver,the body is quitely lying in a coldroom,with temperatures below 0 degree celcius.There was one statement the rattler made in connection to mungiki which went this way "Mutakuwa mnaskia mazishi ya fulani ni siku hii" he was reffering to the pre judicial killings of mungikis.

Sasa yake imefika,its tuesday.

Parliament has most probably come up with a flawed law in regards to Child support/Alimony. Judge GBM Kariuki has no choice but to use the same law. The executive[Police] have a choice of either taking their time or not acting at all if they think justice has not been done to Mr. Moi. I personally feel the KES 250k per month judgement is on the higher side and not sustainable in the long run . A solution is for Moi to lobby parliament to amend the law so that it takes care of child support issues fairly such that Moi can cater for the financial needs of his kids/enstranged wife in a manner that he feels is affordable and fair . As it is, women groups have won in terms of lobbying for laws which favour them in such child suport issues. Judiciary has no choice but to give orders as per law. Police can choose to obey or not to e.g the Bashir case-Executive has stated publicly that they will not enforce the arrest warrant.
